Planning a wedding can be hectic, so you may think? A lot of people hear about wedding fairs but don’t fancy the hustle and bustle of manic brides and moaning grooms. Smaller local wedding fairs however can be just as useful but cutting out the queues and the stress. You will be able to find local suppliers, friendly faces and inspiration around every corner.
We are heading off all over the place this spring, I have been looking at some of the lovely local North East Wedding Fairs and you are absolutely spoilt for choice this spring let me tell you. Whether you are looking for ideas or some great offers if you are heading over to these you will find them.
Sunday 26th January 2014
The George Hotel, Piercebridge, Darlington, DL2 3SW 11.00am–3.00pm **FREE admission**
This a wedding open day and they are setting out the ballroom in a wedding theme to show off the venue to its full wedding potential. You will also be able to look around the rest of the hotel, as they would be showcasing the venue for wedding packages.

Walworth Castle Hotel, Darlington, County Durham, DL2 2LY, 11.00am – 2.00pm **FREE admission**
Run by Darlington Weddings, there will be over 30 top-notch suppliers here .You can look around at what’s on offer and also take time to view this wonderful venue. Could this be your castle? They will be running a traditional Sunday Carvery after the fair so why not stick around for some belly busting food. It gets even better when you register for this fair you will receive a fantastic goodie bag from House of Fraser!

Redworth Hall, Redworth, Newton Aycliffe, County Durham, DL5 6NL, 11.00am – 3.00pm **FREE admission**
This one is also run by Darlington Weddings, there are tons of suppliers and also entertainment from wedding singer Paul Moore. They will be running a fashion show and also a civil ceremony so this one is definitely not to be missed! This fair also offers a free goodie bag from House of Fraser if you register before the event.

Sunday 23rd February
Hardwick Hall Hotel, Sedgefield, Durham TS21 2EH, 12.00pm -4.00pm **FREE admission**
This is a biggie, run by Brides up North, named the Bridal Bonanza Grand Wedding Exhibition; you know you are in for some wow! There will be over 80 suppliers for you to hear about, as well as a fashion show! You will be able to view the beautiful grounds and the huge banqueting spaces. And now for the biggest Bridal Show out of all the North East Wedding Fairs. Over 100 suppliers can be found under one roof. Everything will be bigger and better here, they are offering not one but two fashion shows! If you miss this one you are seriously missing out.

Come find us and say hello! We will be attending these North East Wedding Fairs. We will be showcasing new features of our booths and it wont be hard to miss us when you spot the new designs on our booth. Look out for our Bullet Booth, with its brand new green screen, you can go inside the booth with your party and test it out. We will also be showcasing our new feature external screen so people outside the booth can see all the fun you are having in there.
